The room can be configured as either a boardroom or a u-shaped training room with six tables on locking casters. Because the space completed a full renovation in 2021, you will find fresh neutral paint colors, new commercial carpet, Steelcase furniture, new kitchenette, granite counter tops, and a private bathroom. Further, the main conference room accommodates up to 12 people in 500 square feet (25 ft x 19 ft) of space. In addition, the daily rental includes two bonus areas. So, you will have full use of a reception area (12 ft x 11 ft) that includes two 36″ square high top tables with 6 counter height stools and a small breakout room (9.5 ft x 11 ft) with a 36″ round table that accommodates three chairs comfortably.

For attendees who may need additional physical accessibility, we may not be the right fit. The meeting space is located on the second floor and can only be reached by walking up a flight of stairs.

In our case, there are no hidden costs. What you see is what you get. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is no changes within 1 week of your booking. We just have one all-inclusive fee and we only rent by the full day or 1/2 day (no hourly bookings).
