The space can be set up as either a boardroom or a U-shaped training room, using six mobile tables on locking casters. Recently fully renovated, it features fresh neutral paint, new commercial carpeting, Steelcase furniture, a modern kitchenette with granite countertops, and a private bathroom. Further, the main conference room accommodates up to 12 people in 500 square feet (25 ft x 19 ft) of space. In addition, the daily rental includes two bonus areas. So, you will have full use of a reception area (12 ft x 11 ft) and a small breakout room (9.5 ft x 11 ft) with a 36″ round table that accommodates three chairs comfortably.

For attendees who may need additional physical accessibility, we may not be the right fit. The meeting space is located on the second floor and can only be reached by walking up a flight of stairs.

Let’s talk numbers. Before booking meeting space, you need to figure out the cost for any Raleigh meeting room — and more importantly, the hidden costs involved. In our case, there are no hidden costs. What you see is what you get. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is no changes within 1 week of your booking. We just have one all-inclusive fee and we only rent by the full day or 1/2 day (no hourly bookings).

* The space is used frequently for full-day EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) meetings and has some branding on the walls.
